On Saturday November 16th there will be a free Public Kai demo/experience held from 4-5pm at Robarts Arena during "Richards Foodporium" 1st annual customer appreciation expo.  The Medieval Fair is going on during/after and this is a free and fun event featuring vendors of the very best in health foods, supplements, health and beauty and grocery.  There will be demonstrations all day , the event is going from 10-5pm.  Please join us!
